Loretta has been a National Sales Manager with the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau since September of 2005. Prior to joining the GRCVB, she had a 10 year career in the hotel industry, beginning in the front office and reservation areas, and then moving to the sales department for the majority of her hotel career.

Prior to joining the Board of Directors for MPI-CC and serving as the Director of Advertising, Loretta has served on the Education Committee for MPI-CC, and has also co-chaired the Community Outreach Committee in the past for MPI-CC.

Loretta has also served on the Board of the NC Chapter of the Society of Government Meeting Planners, serving as the Program Committee Liaison. Prior to that, she served two years as the Program Committee co-chair for NC SGMP, and is the 2007 recipient of the NC SGMP President’s Award and the 2009 recipient of the NC SGMP Supplier of the Year Award.

Loretta has also co-chaired the AENC Tradeshow Committee for the 2008 AENC Tradeshow and has chaired the AENC Membership Committee in 2009/2010.

Loretta was born and raised on a produce farm in Pennsylvania, and went to the Bradford School of Business for Hospitality and Travel Management. She is married to Mark, and has two daughters, Elizabeth and Abigayle.
