The committee is dedicated to being responsive to the needs of prospective members, and is committed to continuous improvement of services to new members. The committee conducts the New Member Orientation at each chapter meeting, conducts exit interviews with each dropped member within thirty (30) days of them dropping, and makes contact with all renewals and new members on a monthly basis. |
