Committee responsibilities and goals:

The Publications Committee is responsible for producing The Carolina Blitz, the official news publication of MPI-Carolinas Chapter.

The Carolina Blitz is published six times a year and is sent to all MPI-CC members. It contains information about upcoming chapter meetings, educational presentations at meetings, news about MPI-CC members and their organizations, along with articles featuring a wide variety of topics of interest to Carolinas Chapter planners and suppliers.

Lori Hedrick, CMP serves as Editor in Chief of The Carolina Blitz. Any chapter member may submit an article by contacting Dave, and all MPI-CC committees are encouraged to appoint a liaison to the Blitz to report on committee projects and news.

Submission deadlines for 2008-2009 are:
- August 1 (for the August/September issue)
- October 1 (for the October/November issue)
- December 1 (for the December/January issue)
- February 1 (for the February/March issue)
- April 1 (for the April/May issue)
- June 1 (for the June/July issue)
