--Advertising opportunities are now available in MPI-CC's 2008 Membership Directory. As an advertiser, you are able to target meeting planners and suppliers involved in all facets of the meetings and events market in the Carolinas. This resource is used extensively throughout the year by MPI-CC’s members to stay informed of association information and as a comprehensive buyers' guide for the products and services they use most often.

Committee Chair responsibilities

• Oversee and support all committee members.
• Ensure all committee members submit artwork and payment in a timely manner
• Ensure payment for all advertising submissions from all committee members is received in a timely manner
• Coordinate Bi-monthly conference calls with Director and committee members
• Evaluate and review goals and incentives with each committee member

Committee Member responsibilities

• Solicit new advertising accounts within your respective markets
• Maintain current accounts within your respective markets
• Submit artwork and ensure payments are submitted in a timely manner
• Evaluate and divide responsibilities between committee members within same markets
• Participate in Bi-monthly conference calls
