Meeting Attendance - Nonmembers. Non-member planners may attend one Chapter or Dream Team meeting per year (July-June) at no charge. Nonmember suppliers may attend one Chapter or Dream Team meeting per year (July-June) but must pay the registration fee. Registration fees will not be waived for the Annual Meeting
Registrations may be canceled without penalty until Monday, March 15, 2010. Cancellations received after that date and ‘no shows’ will be billed.

Overnight accommodations are arranged with the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel. The guest room rate per night is $109 Single or Double, plus 16.25% tax. To make your reservation, call 1-800-325-3535 and identify yourself as an MPI-CC member by Friday, March 12, 2010. A complimentary hotel shuttle will be available for anyone who needs a ride to Harris Conference Center.

I-85 South: Take exit 33 for Billy Graham Parkway. Turn left, go across bridge and turn right on the I-85 Service Road. The Sheraton is on the left behind the 76 Station.

I-85 North: Take exit 33 for Billy Graham Parkway. Bear to the right. At the first light, turn right onto the I-85 Service Road. The Sheraton is on the left behind the 76 Station.

I-85: to exit 33, Billy Graham Parkway 1.6 miles, left on Morris Field Drive, right on CPCC Harris Campus Drive.

I-77: to exit 6B, Woodlawn Road becomes Billy Graham Parkway 3.5 miles, right on Morris Field Drive, right on CPCC Harris Campus Drive.
